It's been an eventful week for Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. A day after his social networking site went public, raking in billions of dollars, Zuckerberg and his long time girlfriend tied the knot!

Guests thought they were coming over to the couple's Palo Alto home to celebrate Priscilla Chan's graduation from medical school. But instead, they were surprised with a wedding! The couple has been together since their days at Harvard. The couple had been planning the wedding for the past four months. You can see People Magazine's photos of the event here.
