Not to be one-upped by 'Mean Girls' trainwreck Lindsay Lohan, newly-blond badass Miley Cyrus allegedly threw some punches over the weekend that might just land her in hot water with the LAPD.

The victim told TMZ he was partying with friends at a Hollywood nightclub Saturday night, where Miley and fiance Liam Hemsworth were also hanging out. The group got into a verbal altercation after allegedly bumping into Liam's chair. The unidentified victim said Miley got in the middle of the yelling, ultimately pushing and striking the victim. No charges have yet been filed.

Moral of story: My money is always on the redneck in a bar fight.
