So remember that guy who was tasered after wandering around drunk through Tom Cruise's backyard? Allegedly, he's staying in the mansion next door (coincidentally, owned by Cruise's agent).

The story goes, Jason Sullivan, Aussie model and reality TV star, got dropped off by friends after a night of heavy partying. A little too tipsy, Sullivan scaled the Cruise compound, thinking it was his own. Cops were called and a tasering followed.

Lucky for Jason, Tommy says he won't press charges, because, as we all know, he's not a "letigious" guy...

Or maybe he's not pressing charges because Sullivan wasn't trying to get into the wrong home after all.

Think about it: A drunken hottie is caught wandering around Tom Cruise's backyard? Must I really do the math for you?

Perhaps Sullivan just forgot his key. Or maybe he was looking for a late night Cruise missle strike, not realizing Tom was out of town? The possibilities are deliciously endless (and totally unsubstantiated). 

Still, don't forget. Tom Cruise is the same man capable of lying to the entire world about his daughter being a mermaid. Sit with that, America.
