Jeremy Renner is proud he didn't get injured while making The Bourne Legacy.
The actor performed a series of dangerous stunts for his role as Aaron Cross in the latest installment of the action franchise. Jeremy admits there were several times when he could have hurt himself during high octane scenes.
"I'm happy that I didn't get injured. I'm pretty proud of that, 'cause I did a lot of work to not get injured," Jeremy told MTV News.
The 41-year-old has also tested his physical skills with appearances in Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol and Avengers Assemble.
Jeremy thoroughly enjoys being involved in combat scenes and is happy to get in shape for action movies.
"Outside of that, I really enjoyed the hand-to-hand [fight sequences], the stuff you cannot fake, the stuff that cameras can't do any trickery to make look better or worse. So that's where I put a lot of time as well, into the hand-to-hand stuff," he added. "It's a great way to sort of work out and not have to work out."
