The Kardashian and Jenner girls are not easily "embarrassed", says Bruce Jenner.

The former sports star is married to Kardashian matriarch Kris, who is the mother of Kourtney, Kim, Khlo and Robert Kardashian and has daughters Kendall and Kylie with Bruce.

The family all star in reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Bruce said the famous sisters and their mother don't mind publicizing their personal life.

"Nothing is out of bounds. Kendall wasn't embarrassed about talking about her period. She said: 'It's no big deal. Every girl goes through it!'" he exclaimed to UK magazine Closer.

He also gushed about the latest addition to the Kardashian-Jenner clan, baby Penelope.

The little girl is Kourtney's second child with boyfriend Scott Disick and Bruce said he was pleased to see how positively Penelope and older brother Mason have affected their parents' relationship.

"Scott's misbehaved in the past, but when Mason was born he really turned his life around and everything's fine with Kourtney. And Penelope is the cutest baby!" he said.
