Kendall Jenner's mind is "always working" when it comes to fashion.

The 16-year-old sister of famous reality TV star Kim Kardashian has been making waves in the fashion industry of late. Kendall and younger sister Kylie appear on the cover of Seventeen magazine's September issue, and spoke at the issue launch party about their rise to fashion fame.

"We're very into fashion and style and all that," Kendall told Celebuzz.com."We're always looking. Everywhere we go, we're always looking at people's outfits and putting things in our brains. Our minds are always working when it comes to fashion."

The Jenner girls are not only cover stars of the magazine, but they have also been signed up by the publication to work as Fashion Contributors. At the after party to their official photo call for the launch - which was held in their honor at the W Hotel in California - the pair revealed their style sense is something that has developed as they have matured.

"We've definitely grown in style. I never used to know anything about it," Kylie said. "Then, I don't know - I feel like when you grow, you look at other people, and see other things, and grow into your own personal style."

Both girls towered above most of the crowd at the event in their sky high glamorous heels. In typical celebrity style the girls made outfit changes between the signing photo call for the Seventeen September issue and their party. Both Kendall and Kylie dazzled in their dresses for the occasion, with Kendall wearing a dress with a blue bottom and white top half, plus a gorgeous gold necklace. Kylie also wore a pretty white lace dress with on trend metallic accessories.

Kendall later tweeted about the event admitting she was tired and slightly overwhelmed by all the attention lavished on them at the event.

"I like being by myself this has been the longest day! (sic)," she wrote.
