Kris Humphries' publicist Vivian Gomez has decided to part ways with her client.

The basketball player is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with Kim Kardashian after the reality star ended their 72-day marriage last year.

Kris' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj, whom he dated briefly following his split from Kim, is rumored to be three months pregnant with his child.

Publicist Vivian has had enough with Kris, as she feels he's been deceptive.

"They went different ways because Kris was becoming too much to handle," a source told Life & Style magazine.

"He was lying to his own publicist, making it impossible for her to do her job effectively. These stories about him [dating] girls would pop up [in the press], and he'd deny it -- then it would turn out to be true. Kris tries to put on this innocent, good-hearted image, but as you get to know him, it just doesn't turn out to be true."

Last week Kris was grilled in court by Kim's attorneys during a divorce deposition.

The athlete is trying to prove that his union with the reality star was fraudulent.

Kim is currently engaged in a high profile love affair with boyfriend Kanye West.

Kim's ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush and Kanye will also be deposed.
