Seth Rogen's new comedy movie Townies is set to have Nicholas Stoller at the helm.
Nicholas, director of The Five-Year Engagement, is in negotiations with Universal to lead the movie into production, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film will see Seth star as a family man who is neighbors with an alpha-male fraternity house.
He has to deal with a raucous college student, played by Zac Efron, whose irresponsible actions makes Seth's character's life unbearable.
Seth will produce the film with his partner from Point Grey Pictures Evan Goldberg. The screenplay written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O'Brien was recently in the center of a bidding war.
Nicholas was also at the helm of Get Him to the Greek and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Seth was recently seen in cancer dramedy 50/50 and is currently filming his feature directorial debut The End of the World.
Townies is scheduled to be released next year.
