Count me super grateful and lucky then that I recently had the chance to work my way across one of the hottest, most sought after menus in town: Spoon & Stable.
The new culinary gem in the heart of Minneapolis’ Warehouse District is the child of internationally-renowned chef (and Manuary 2015 write-in candidate for #TeamCoBra) Gavin Kaysen.
