Beyoncé and JAY-Z unveiled as Tiffany & Co. brand ambassadors

Beyoncé and JAY-Z have been tapped as Tiffany & Co.’s new brand ambassadors.

In an interview for the September 2021 issue of Harper’s Bazaar, editors revealed that the superstar couple will be fronting a campaign for the luxury jewellery brand.

While no other details were shared, in the accompanying cover photoshoot, Beyoncé wore a teardrop-shaped diamond necklace and diamond stud earrings from the company.

The Formation singer and her rapper husband will join current Tiffany & Co. global house ambassadors including Anya Taylor-Joy, Eileen Gu, and Tracee Ellis Ross.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Beyoncé opened up about the way in which her mother Tina Lawson’s beauty salon offered women a sense of community when she was growing up, and her hope to use her platform to generate a similar space.

“I watched my mother nurture and heal those women in her salon, not just by making them look and feel beautiful but by talking with them, listening to them, and connecting with them. I’ve seen how much Black women’s emotions are attached to our hair and beauty,” the 39-year-old shared. “The beauty industry does not always understand these emotions and what we need. I want to build a community where women of all races can communicate and share some of those secrets, so we can continue to support and take care of each other. I want to give women a space to feel their own strength and tell their stories. That is power.”
