Cardi B finally feels comfortable in her skin after recently going public with her acne struggles.

The rapper posted a video of herself on Twitter showing off her barefaced complexion, and told her followers she decided to share the clip to fire back at those criticising her appearance.

“When they see me doing good they try everything they can to bring me down. Talk about my face or talk about my marriage…. On the wake up, no filter, hair unbrushed IDGAF (I don’t give a f**k). I feel great ! And I never been afraid of showing my real self,” Cardi wrote alongside the video.

In the clip, which the WAP hitmaker said was filmed 20 minutes after she woke up, Cardi confessed she feels liberated posting her filter-free look on social media, just days after she asked fans for recommendations to help alleviate her skincare woes.

“This is me without no make-up. No filter. You can see all the little blemishes on my face. S**t you can see my lips all chapped. I’ve been biting it all night. I just woke up 20 minutes ago. Didn’t even brush my hair. Like I feel good!” she assured.

The 28-year-old then took aim at online trolls, saying she was frustrated with seeing their negative comments “every single time a b**ch is feeling good”.

“That don’t work with me anymore. I just want to let y’all know that I feel comfortable in my skin, that I’m great, that I’m happy,” Cardi continued. “My record is doing great and just because you got so much hatred in your heart when I do great, y’all want to put it down, you can’t.

“Ima stay on top with this face, with this natural face, makeup or not, a b***h is doing good.”

Last month, Cardi asked fans on social media for their help as she revealed she’s been struggling with breakouts for three months.
