Foo Fighters know how to manage the Westboro Baptist Church

You know the Westboro Baptist Church. They are the extremely conservatively conservative religious group who protest at events (including, but not limited to, soldier’s funerals) reminding the rest of us that we are the reason the world is a difficult place. After all, we are being punished for our sins. (Don’t even get me started with the flaws in that theology.)

Well, they were on hand, yet again, outside a Foo Fighters concert in Kansas City, Missouri. Protesting the moral decline of civilization directed at the Foo Fans when Dave Grohl and fellow band mates unleashed the power of the most egregious trolling mechanism, The Rick Roll.

The Foo Fighters rolled through the group of the protestors blasting Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” for the Westboro Baptist Church protestors.

Game, Set, Match.
