The MN Senate voted Monday to pass legislation that would allow Sunday liquor sales in the state. The House passed a similar bill, and though the bodies must work out a few differences, the Governor is expected to sign the final measure when it reaches his desk.
I’m not sure why the ban took so long to be lifted, but clearly the measure has wide support among Minnesotans.
Although, I don’t drink I’m excited to know that MNans will no longer have the need to complain about no Sunday liquor sales.
