Hailey Bieber decided to quit runway modelling following a “really bad experience” with a casting agent.

In an interview for the May 2022 interview for Allure magazine, the model/entrepreneur opened up about her fashion show hiatus.

Hailey hasn’t strutted her stuff on the catwalk for a designer since December 2018.

“I had a really bad experience with a casting director who was very important,” the 25-year-old recalled. “He said something to my agent that just shook my confidence when it came to the runway.”

Hailey went on to explain that she would rather focus on fashion campaigns and developing her new skincare line, Rhode, than put herself in a situation that will make her feel self-conscious.

“I don’t want to feel bad about myself in this space because I feel really good about the other work that I do. So why would I even put myself in a position to feel small?” she questioned.
