Heidi Klum has spilled details about her 2018 Halloween costume, teasing it’s going to be “very, very cute”.
The German model’s annual Halloween bash has become legendary in the showbiz world, and she always pushes the boat out when it comes to her outfit.
Her previous costumes have included a werewolf, a butterfly and a jaw-dropping Jessica Rabbit transformation, but for her upcoming spook fest, Heidi is ditching frightening in favor of flattering.
“This time it’s going to be very cute,” she dished to People. “It’s not gonna be scary; it’s going to be very, very cute.”
With only two weeks to go until her party, now in its 19th year, Heidi has been busy putting the finishing touches to her disguise, and says only her children Leni, Henry, Johan and Lou, and boyfriend Tom Kaulitz will see what she’s wearing before the big reveal.
However, fans do know she’s had a mask made for the event after she shared a snap online.
“In the beginning stages (of the parties), I didn’t know about these (prosthetics) professionals yet and I did my own hair and make-up, and I had some people who would help me put the clothes together,” she laughed.
“When you do prosthetics and all of this stuff, I’m always having my fingers and toes crossed that it actually does work out on the day because there was no dress rehearsal. Because we can’t actually glue all these things down and see if it actually really works. So it’s always a bit nerve-wracking for me, too, that it actually does work out in the end. Usually it does, but you just never know until the day comes.”
To also help get her in the mood, the 45-year-old has partnered with Amazon to create her very own online costume store.
“Halloween is my favourite time of year so I’ve partnered with #Amazon to create a costume shop so you can love Halloween just as much as I do!” she exclaimed on social media.
