Gwyneth Paltrow can keep her lemon juice detoxes and Jessica Simpson her Weight Watchers, I’m going on Bradley Cooper’s “American Sniper” diet.
According to People, Cooper ate 8,000 calories a day, forcing him to eat roughly every 55 minutes. That’s four times what normal people eat! How is that even a diet?!
Apparently, that’s what you have to do to put on 40 pounds of muscle.
Sign me up!
No word on what he was eating to put on the muscle, but unfortunately, I imagine it wasn’t what I wish it’d been: Doritos, bacon, ice cream.
