Here are a few healthy highlights if you missed today’s show:

  • Food, Water & Sleep are Essential for basic health
  • 12-15 grams of protein for breakfast (kills sugar cravings)
  • 3 meals a day with 1-2 snacks.
    • Cut your plate into 4 quarters.
      • 1/4 is reserved for proteins
      • 1/4 is reserved for starch/whole grains
      • 1/2 plate reserved or non-starchy vegetables
  • A minimum of 7 hours of sleep a day (We’re looking at YOU Artists…hit that minimum!)
  • Our gut health is closely related to our facial health
