Irina Shayk has shared her icy Russian skincare secrets for a Vogue video about her morning routine.
The stunning model, who hails from the country, let cameras roll as she got ready straight after stepping out of the shower.
After brushing her wet hair, she began her “nice and simple” skincare regime.
“First things first, you wake up, you had wine, or you had sushi, ice cube with my favourite tool (from) Nicole Caroline,” she said as she touched her face. “She created this cool machine, you put a little ice in there, chamomile, cucumber water, put it in the refrigerator, next morning, voila, you just rub your face with it, it turns into this perfect cool ice cube.
“Don’t forget your chin. Trust me, it works. All around your face, it’s really cold. That’s how you basically wake up in Russia – nice and icy.”
After patting her face dry with a fluffy white towel, she added to viewers: “You’re going to be a little red in those areas, but don’t be scared – it will go away.”
The 35-year-old followed this up with a moisturiser, a face roller, two pumps of eye cream, and then a second eye product, the excess of which she rubbed on her neck and in her hair, a spritz of thermal water spray, and a rich face cream.
“I don’t like to wear a lot of make-up, but my lips (are) always dry,” Irina continued as she went on to plug the new lip treatment she created in collaboration with Mimi Luzon.
“So that’s why I’m so excited that Mimi and I have got a product, a lip kit. I love you, Mimi. Inside that magic box, you will find a 24 pure gold lip treatment and an overnight lip mask.”
