Katy Perry is keen to pass down her wardrobe to her daughter Daisy.
The 36-year-old singer, who shares the nine-month-old tot with fiance Orlando Bloom, revealed her plans to save iconic designer pieces for her daughter to wear when she’s older.
“I do a lot of cleanups, but I do have some stuff always that I’m thinking about. I need them to go somewhere. I want them to be worn again,” she told Popsugar.
The Firework hitmaker joked that she feared Daisy’s style could be very different from her own.
“(Daisy will) probably just be goth, and like, ‘No, Mom. Thanks,’ ” Katy laughed.
The singer has an enviable wardrobe, and has rocked red carpet outfits from luxury brands such as Moschino, Maison Margiela, Tom Ford and Prada.
However, Katy didn’t divulge if her iconic looks from the Met Gala would be saved for her daughter.
The pop star hit the headlines when she wore a light-up chandelier for the prestigious fashion event in 2019, which was designed by Jeremy Scott for Moschino. She then changed into a show-stopping dress, also created by Jeremy, that looked like a glittery hamburger, complete with matching burger trainers from her own footwear collection.
“He just came up with both of those, and they were fab. We have a long-standing friendship – forever,” she told Footwear News at the time.
