Kim Kardashian has branded rumors her pregnancy with son Saint West was a publicity stunt as ridiculous.
The reality star gave birth to her second child with husband Kanye West in December last year but the fact the social media addict didn’t post any pictures of her little boy in the months following his arrival led many to question if he was real or not.
“If you don’t share something, it’s like it doesn’t exist. He’s eight months old now, and people thought he didn’t exist,” she said at the BlogHer16 conference. “People thought I had a whole fake baby and I made this whole thing up because I wasn’t posting about it. And to me, that’s so ridiculous.”
Kim revealed to the audience she chose to keep her little boy out of the limelight so she could take him to the park without him being recognized.
“I wasn’t posting about my son because I want him to go to the park like every normal human being,” she said. “But some people thought I had a full fake baby because I wasn’t posting.”
While Kim is open about her own life with fans, even breaking the Internet with her naked selfies, it’s a different story when it comes to her children, which also includes three-year-old daughter North.
“I’m protective of my life with my kids,” she explained, “You might see them on the show a bit, but not real stories.”
Kim finally revealed a picture of her little boy on Snapchat in June, and fans were quick to comment on the momentous moment.
“I was beginning to think that Saint West wasn’t a real person until Kim posted pictures of him on her snap,” one follower wrote, while another added: “OH S**T there’s Saint West I didn’t think he was real.
