Oscars Blunder: La La Land mistakenly announced as Best Picture; Moonlight wins instead (VIDEO)

The impossible happened on last night’s Oscars. Sure there were records broken by La La Land and Kimmel did a great job, but that’s not what I’m talking about.

I’m talking about Faye Dunaway accidentally announcing the wrong movie to win Best Picture.

She announced La La Land the winner, when Moonlight had actually won.

Apparently, Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty had been given the wrong card, which said “Emma Stone, La La Land,” which is why Beatty initially hesitated with the announcement.

So producers and Faye, this one’s on you! Why are we having so many Steve Harvey moments? You’d think we’d have this figured out by now.

Regardless, I don’t care because I’m just so ecstatic Moonlight won. They deserved it!
