A woman accused of stalking Pete Davidson has been deemed unfit to stand trial.

Michelle Mootreddy trespassed on to the comedian’s property and claimed to be his wife, according to TMZ.com.

However, she will not be heading to court in the near future, the Staten Island District Attorney tells the gossip site.

“Ms. Mootreddy is unfit to stand trial,” the official says. “She has been placed in the custody of a psychiatric facility where she will receive treatment and regular evaluations to determine whether or not she is able to return and participate in her defense.”

Mootreddy allegedly snuck into Pete’s Staten Island home through an open door. Although Pete wasn’t home, a relative called the police.

She was charged with felony burglary in the second and third degree, two misdemeanor counts of stalking, and two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and harassment.

Before standing trial she will receive treatment until she is ready to participate in her defense.

TMZ claim Mootreddy had sent out a fake press release days before the alleged trespassing, claiming she and the comedian had married.

The King of Staten Island star was granted a protection order against Mootreddy after her arrest.
