We’re getting our first look at Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury in the upcoming Queen biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody and I’m stone cold crazy for it!

The movie will chronicle the band’s early years starting in 1970 and take us through the band’s epic Live Aid performance in 1985. Even though Malek has the look down, people are speculating on whether or not Rami has the chops to perform Mercury’s vocals himself. He shared his concerns about portraying the musical legend when he was on The Tonight Show several weeks ago:
It would be delightful if he could belt it out like Freddie, but if the film uses Queen’s original vocals, I’m fine with it.
Bohemian Rhaposody is scheduled for release on December 25th, 2018.0
