Great recipe to share today from the Smitten Kitchen Cookbook
I wanted something fast and tasty for Halloween night and I found this recipe called Harvest Chicken with Grapes, Olives and Rosemary.
I was not super sure how grapes that are roasted and olives would come together – but they did in a big way. The key to this recipe is letting the chicken cook skin side down for 5 minutes, and don’t touch it! You want that awesome brown skin.
Served atop Cauliflower mash this dish was a winner.0
