Ryan Adams finally makes our wishes come true

The musical equivalent of “Who’s on First.” Ryan Adams is not Bryan Adams.

Bryan Adams is known for song such as, “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You,” from “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves,” and “Summer of ’69.”

Ryan Adams is known by many circles as a singer songwriter, for his own music, but also for producing albums for many of music’s heavy hitters. Including, Norah Jones, Counting Crows, and Leona Lewis. But in other circles, he’s known as the now ex-husband of former bubblegum pop-star Mandi Moore.

Likely sick of the comparisons and confusion, Ryan Adams has refused requests for years at solo shows to perform a Bryan Adams classic, “Summer of ’69.” Finally he broke down, and his loss is our gain.

Here is Ryan Adams finally succumbing to peer pressure and rocking out “Summer of ’69.”
