Pat Mancini, Co-owner of Mancini’s Char House
Pat Mancini grew up in Saint Paul, he attended Cretin High-School and St. Thomas College. Throughout high-school and college Pat worked at Mancini’s Char House his family’s restaurant. Pat’s father Nick started Mancini’s Char House in 1948. Pat studied Business Management at St. Thomas. Now Pat is co-owner of Mancini’s with his brother John Mancini. Pat and John took over the business when their father became ill. Pat has taken everything he has learned from his schooling and his father to keep the tradition going. Mancini’s strives to be a excellent restaurant with a personal touch. Pat has customer service ingrained in his blood and enjoys sharing his wisdom with his three children who all work at Mancini’s.0
