I attempted to carve a pumpkin yesterday for the first time in probably 10 years, and it wasn’t easy.

As a result, I looked up some awesome pumpkin carving tips, including:
- Pick a pumpkin with shallow ridges. They’re easier to carve!
- Hollow out your pumpkin with a spoon with a serrated edge and scrape the shell to as thin as 1 inch thick.
- Draw your design on paper first, and then trace it onto the pumpkin.
