We did our second live fashion show on the radio at The Shops at West End yesterday. This time, we challenged boutiques to show us their best outfit idea for spending Thanksgiving with family. Something a bit stepped up for holiday, yet not over-the-top, since you’ll probably be spending a good chunk of the day on a couch digesting.
From the left: Primrose Park send us a dress that looks like a two piece—versatile, comfortable, chic—and under $100!
Juniper went more casual in the season’s essential long cardigan and chunky scarf with leggings—winter uniform, here we come. (Again, all pieces under $60)
Francesca’s showed the perfect day-to-evening dress, and used the solid color canvas to showcase a really cool necklace with gold tassel detail, another big look this season. Model’s hair by Blast Blow Dry Bar.
Apricot Lane put together a dressed up spin on casual that we adored. Lace overlay skirt (note how it skims the knee), and while it would look great with a dressy top, we see it here with chambray and a poncho. She’ll be cozy, and still best dressed at the family dinner!
It’s worth repeating: every item shown was less than $100; most were less than $50.
Join us Dec. 12 when the Shop Girls return to The Shops at West End (lobby of the movie theaters). Don’t miss our live fashion show at 11:45 a.m. Next up: New Year’s Eve attire!0
