Sunscreen

Having made it through the first few turbulent months of 2021, April is almost here and with that the promise of brighter days ahead.

The weather is starting to improve (long may it last), and this is a public service announcement to tell you all loud and proud that if you’re not wearing SPF 30 and above everyday – you should be. Think about it as investing in the future of your face, and now is a great time to adopt the habit before the summer months arrive!

Hydrating, nourishing, and protecting, these lightweight facial SPFs all go the extra mile.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Mineral One SPF 50+

The perfect undetectable, matte finish. Formulated with a natural mineral UV filter, it covers wide spectrum protection (UVA & UVB, IR-A and visible light) and is the perfect all-rounder.

Kiehl’s Ultra Light Daily Defence SPF 50 Lotion

This formula feels weightless and melts seamlessly into the skin without that dreaded lingering grease factor. It’s enriched with Vitamin E which works to keep the skin hydrated and protected all day long.

Environ RAD SHIELD Mineral Sunscreen

The Environ SPF is a lightweight and transparent mineral sunscreen: meaning none of that bright white flashback in any photography or slightly grey/ ashy tone in real life. It contains powerful physical reflectors; zinc and titanium, combined with antioxidants and other ingredients to provide your broad-spectrum protection, infrared AND free radical defence.

Jane Iredale Powder-Me SPF 30 Dry Sunscreen

If we simply can’t get you to adopt a stand-alone SPF into your routines (and you really SHOULD) can we at least get you using some great make-up that has it already built in? To clarify, this does not give you the full protection that you need but it will provide powerful on-the-go sun protection in the form of a weightless, dry, physical SPF 30 powder. Use on the face, body, and scalp, either alone or over make-up.
